I loved the bright, contemporary decor throughout the hotel, coupled with easy accessibility to common areas, making movement around the hotel effortless for seniors. The spacious layout of my suite added to my comfort during the stay.

A newly built hotel with stunning, clean rooms and a peaceful atmosphere. I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable king-size bed, which provided a restful night. The friendly staff made me feel welcome, and I particularly enjoyed the freshly brewed coffee available each morning. The only downside was the loud air conditioning unit, which could be distracting at times.

I had a pleasant stay at Towneplace Suites in Saginaw. The location is great—close to many restaurants and shopping spots. My suite featured a full kitchen and was spacious. Very handy for preparing meals and storing snacks. The staff was friendly, especially during check-in. The breakfast wasn’t the best. options were quite minimal with no hot items available. The cleanliness was spotty. Although my room was generally clean, I noticed some stains on the washcloth. The bed felt comfortable, but the mattress didn’t come with a pad, just a sheet on it, which felt a bit off. Electric temperature control in the room was tricky. even when set lower, it remained warm. The TV also didn’t work properly. it was out due to bad weather but that was disappointing. Parking was a bit tight, especially with many guests around for events. However, the pool area was nice and inviting, a relaxing spot after a long day. I would consider staying here again if I could overlook a few of these issues.

Exceptional service and delightful location!

We explored nearby shopping and grabbed meals at local restaurants. The suite was clean and had everything we needed, from the comfy beds to a great kitchen setup. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The staff was incredibly friendly, making our stay even better.

The only downside was way too much light coming in the morning, making it tough to sleep in.

I stayed for 2 nights and was super impressed! The bed was comfy, and the area was nice and clean. Staff were friendly, and the living space was well set up for me to work comfortably. Only thing was the kitchen utensils weren't that great, which was a bummer since I like cooking sometimes. Overall, solid choice!
